The slydev store takes both paypal and direct bank deposit as payments for orders. All payments and prices are to in Australian dollar (AUD).

Orders are started after payment is cleared (which can take up to 3 days for a direct bank deposit) and will take anywhere from 2 to 4 weeks to be complete.

This website was built custom from the ground up in good ol' php, javascript, mysql, html and css. No CMS, framework or tamplate was used. Why is this? Because it gives more controll over the website, while still being small and easily managable. Slydev also offers web design services so if you would like a site like this please get in contact.

We are always happy to hear new ideas for products, however take note that it takes a long time for something to go from an idea to a finished product and a lot of ideas never end up seeing the light of day. If you are desperate for something custom to be made then we do offer a custom printing service but it will be more expensive than just buying something off the store.

Currently we use two Makerbot Replicators with a duel extruder, there are plans to get more printers in the future.

We use 'Trimble Sketchup' (formaly known as 'Google Sketchup'). It is free and can be downloaded from here http://www.sketchup.com/

Currently products are printed in ABS plastic, though in the future it might change to PLA as well.

While we have a wide selection of colors there is always the possibility that the store might not have exactly what you are after. Painting the plastic is possible but a word of warning; DONT use acetone based paint. The acetone will eat in to the plastic and most likely make it useless. Otherwise you should be fine to paint away.

Yes slydev store ships to anywhere in the world. If your country is not on the list when you try to register then please contact us.

Slydev store only posts once a or twice a week (usually Tuesdays or Thursdays).

This depends on where you live. Most orders take 1 week to arrive anywhere in Australia. 2 weeks for the rest of the world and for some weird unknown reason 3 weeks to arive to the middle of the USA. Please wait this time after it has been shipped before contacting us about missing orders.

Shipping is a flat rate depending on which country and with either be the 'cheap' rate if the order is all 'cheap ship' products or the standard rate if there is any non 'cheap ship' products in your order.

This is a common issue in 3d printing mainly due to a weakness between the layers. Cracking happens mostly when the screw is put in too tight or quick.

Please get in contact us right away to sort out a replacement or refund.

Remember that Slydev orders can take up to 4 weeks to complete and are being shipped from Australia. You will want to give it a couple weeks to arrive but if your order has still not shown up don't hesitate to get in contact.
